The building will include a state-of-the-art maker space, a freshman design lab, Instructional labs, a motion control laboratory, additive manufacturing facilities, as well as research facilities.

Cleveland State University is located in downtown Cleveland, a city that has undergone remarkable renewal and revitalization. This includes downtown living with restaurants and shopping in a family friendly environment, professional teams in major sports and a world-class symphony orchestra.
